Tour itinerary :
Day 1 Hanoi -Ha Giang ( L, D)
Depart from Hanoi at 8am and take the road towards Viet Tri and Quang Tuyen (Route No.2 ) through the delta of the Red River. Lunch in a Tuyen Quang town, an area famous for green tea plantations . Arrive in Ha Giang around 18.00hrs . Dinner and overnight in a house on stilts in a Thai village.
Day 2 Ha Giang -Dong Van (B, L, D)
As the area is under military control , so you have to buy a travel permit in Ha Giang , the guider will help you . Then we take a dramatic first route, Via Dong Van a succession of passes and deep valleys. Lunch in the small mountain town of Tam Son. Through the forest of pines, visit the Hmong King's Palace built by Vuong Chinh Duc King in northeastern Vietnam. After independence, he was evacuated in 1950 ( his descendants now live in France and Cananda ) . Arrive at Dong Van around 18h. Dinner at local restaurant and overnight at the hotel.
Day 3 Dong Van- Ma Pi Leng Pass - Meo Vac - Ha Giang (B, L, D)
After breakfast , visit the day market of Dong Van meets only on Sunday. Market is where the local people come to sell and buy or exchange the local product made by home. Then climb to the top of the above, the French fort Pu Lo , built in 1890 , discharged in 1945 and perfectly preserved . At 2000 meters , the Ma Pi Leng Pass ( The horse's nose ) offers spectacular views of the valleys with terraced fields of hemp . Down the valley of Meo Vac for lunch. Back to Ha Giang , where we spend the night at the hotel. Note: Lui market can arrange and depend on the departure date if we miss the Sunday market of Dong Van.
Day 4 Ha Giang - Hanoi (B , L)
Return by the same route as the go. On the way , stop to take photos of the magnificent mountains. Lunch in local restaurant. Arrive at your hotel in Hanoi during 18 hours.
